Purpose of The Readiness Lab Training & Certification Program

It’s time to elevate to next level of emergency management. We are the catalysts of industry innovation. We know that “what’s always worked” will be insufficient in future disasters. Emergency managers need to build their organizational capacity to better integrate with response and non-response stakeholders.

The Readiness Lab Training and Certification Program (training) will provide the best atmosphere for like-minded leaders to learn the skills necessary to reduce the impacts of all phases of disaster.

Our training will test their limits. Our training style utilizes a collaborative environment between students and SME Mentor Instructors. Ultimately, we want the field of emergency management to be successful, as successful, as successful emergency managers reduce disaster impacts.

These programs are developed by emergency managers and instructed by field experts. They are intended for career professionals with field experience. We do not teach the fundamentals - we build upon them.
