Cost of Insurance Driving up Inflation Rate

There have been two media references of late about how the cost of insurance is driving up the inflation rate. This is true for cars and homes/property.

The cost of repairing cars is up because of the complexity of new cars. The cost of insurance is up due the increasing number of natural disasters. It was noted when the last inflation numbers were released that one driving factors was the cost of property insurance.

Then, there is this NBC Nightly News segment https://www.nbcnews.com/nightly-news-netcast/video/nightly-news-full-broadcast-june-12th-212870725607 (about 13:40 minutes in) on how owning a home costs more because of the cost of insurance, which can be up significantly.
